Serving Central American Tradition in Every Bite
El Pollo Sabroso started with just our homemade recipes and the desire to share our love for food with the rest of the world. Now, we're a small business that has been up and operating for nearly 20 years, serving up the best Central American cuisine. All of our recipes - from soups and seafood to tacos and pupusas - have been passed down through the generations, culminating in our dream of opening a restaurant and finally becoming a reality here in Washington, Washington, D.C.
